FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Singularics Corporation Announces Patent Filing on Neutronic Encryption Algorithm

Neutronic Encryption is based on a new branch of mathematics and represents the state of the art in cryptology. It’s use will be instrumental in fighting the ever increasing threat of cyber-terror.

Washington, D.C. (FPR) Mar. 23, 2009 -- Singularics Corporation announced today that company CTO, Jeffrey N. Cook, is the named inventor in a provisional patent describing a novel encryption technology known as the Neutronic Encryption-decryption Algorithm (NEA).

NEA is an encryption technology developed from a new branch of mathematics which the company has introduced called Neutronics. Singularics CTO, Jeff Cook said, “Neutronic Encryption is unique because it is based, not upon large prime numbers as with other well-known encryption algorithms, but rather on newly discovered natural principles which govern the distribution of the primes themselves.”

The company filed its patent for NEA on February 4th, 2009.

Alex Petty, CEO of Singularics Corp, said “We believe the NEA cryptosystem is faster and more flexible in its range for application then other encryption technologies on the market today. We further believe that by virtue of it's unique characteristics, NEA will lead to vastly improved security for digital data and identity therefore being instrumental in neutralizing the rising global threat of cyber-terror and all other forms of cyber-crime.”

According to the Company, the underlying mathematics of NEA are also the basis for an analytic technique which provides for the ability to calculate the first few significant digits of the prime factors for arbitrarily large composite numbers, such as an RSA public key.  Of this new technique, CTO Jeff Cook said, “We foresee that this new line of research in number theory may eventually lead to a means of efficiently calculating all of the digits for prime factors of large composite numbers.”
